Duplex scanning cannot be performed.

Follow the steps below to improve the duplex scanning.


  • The duplex scanning settings are not configured in DSmobileCaputure.

    Launch DSmobileCaputure, click the Image tab, and then choose the Duplex check box.


  • (SD mode models only)

    The scan mode of the scanner is set to 1 side (in SD mode).

    Press the scanner's 2 side / 1 side button so that 2 appears on the LCD.
