Cannot scan documents using the control panel (For Windows)

 

The latest version of firmware will resolve the issue.

Follow the steps below.
 

  1. Update the firmware version to the latest version.
    Click here to visit the Downloads section to update the latest version of firmware.
  2. Install the latest version of Button Manager.
    Click here to visit the Downloads section to install the latest version of Button Manager.
  3. Try scanning using the control panel again.
