I am connected to my Brother scanner and PC via a USB cable, but I cannot scan or turn the scanner on.
Check the following:
- Turn the machine off, and then turn it on again.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the machine, and then reconnect it.
- Use the USB cable that is included with the machine.
- Make sure to use a computer that has a USB Type-C port that supports 15 W output or higher.
- Try a different USB Type-C port and make sure it is capable of supplying 15 W output or higher.
