The label is not cut automatically. Why?
Is the Auto cut function set to OFF? If it is set to OFF, the machine will not automatically cut each label after printing.
To turn the Auto cut function on:

While holding down
, press 
once, and keep held down. The display shows your current auto setting. -
While still holding down , continue pressing until ON is displayed.

Release .
