How to delete the registry information and files related to the printer driver

Delete the registry information and files related to the printer driver in the following cases:

  • When the printer driver installation failed.
  • When you have already installed the printer driver but cannot find the printer or cannot print.
  • When you reinstall the printer driver. (Uninstallation is necessary to reinstall.)

Download and execute the Printer Driver Uninstaller (Printer Driver Information Cleanup Tool) for your printer and operating system, and then re-install the driver.
