This message appears if the tape cutter button is pressed while the P-touch is printing or feeding. Press the tape cutter button only after the machine has printed and stopped.
 

• Release the tape cutter button. If the print button was pressed, press the feed button to feed out any printed tape.
• If the problem still cannot be solved, please contact the sales outlet where the P-touch was purchased.
