Cannot Detect
Check the following points to resolve the issue:
An ink cartridge is not installed correctly.
Take out the new ink cartridge and reinstall it slowly and firmly until it locks into place.

If you are using non-genuine Brother ink, the machine may or may not detect the ink cartridge.
Use a new ink cartridge. If the error message does not clear, contact Brother customer service from the "Contact Us" section.
The wrong Brother model ink cartridge was installed.
Check the model number of the ink cartridges and install the correct ink cartridges.
