Unusable Device
There are two cases when the display shows this message.
- An unsupported USB device has been connected to the USB host connector.
- A defective USB device or a high power consumption USB device has been connected to the USB direct interface.
Follow the steps below to clear the error message.
Unplug the device from the USB host connector.
- Unplug the device from the USB direct interface.
- Press and hold (Power) to turn off the machine, and then turn it on again.
