Cannot print after a Windows 10 update (June 2020)
To be able to print again using your Brother machine, follow the instructions below:
- Make sure the machine is connected to your computer and that they are both powered on.
- Restart your computer.
If you still cannot print, update your Windows 10 to the latest version. Follow the instructions below.
How to update Windows 10
- Click Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates.
- Once the update appears, click Download and install.
