Scan Unable
If you receive the error message Scan Unable on the Status Monitor, please follow the steps below to clear the error message.
- Turn the machine off and then on by unplugging the machine from the AC power outlet (electrical socket) and then plugging the machine in again.
If you still receive the error message Scan Unable on the status monitor, go to STEP2.
- Check the LED indications.
- If all the LEDs are blinking, click here to see the instructions on how to clear the error Service Call.
- If the LEDs indicate the error other than Service Call, click here to see the instructions on how to clear the error Machine Error.
- If all the LEDs are blinking, click here to see the instructions on how to clear the error Service Call.
