Pages are black when viewing the scanned documents in my Android™ mobile device using Brother Image Viewer application.

This may be caused by scanning documents in Black and White for Scan Type Setting. The Brother Image Viewer application does supports viewing the documents when scanned in Color.
When scanning the document, be sure to set the Scan Type to Color. Then scan and save documents to the Android™ mobile devices.
