How do I turn off the Status Monitor using the USB port?
To turn off the Status Monitor in a USB environment, follow the procedure below:
- Click on Start, Settings, and Printers
- Click on the HL-1240 or HL-1250 or HL-1270N printer icon.
- Click on File and Properties.
- Click on Detail Tab, click on Port Settings.
- In the USB Port Settings window, remove the check mark in the box next to Status Monitor.
