How do I frame a text when the Label Type mode is set to ROTATE, R & REP. , PORT, PANEL1, PANEL2 or FLAG?
The following steps show how to frame a text when the Label Type mode is set to ROTATE:

Press the Label Type key
. -
Press the top arrow key
or the bottom arrow key 
until ROTATE is displayed. -
Press the Return key
. BLK LEN. (block length) menu will appear. -
Press the right arrow key
. FRAME menu will appear. -
Press the top arrow key
or the bottom arrow key 
until the desired frame style is displayed. -
Press the Return key
. The selected frame style will be applied. - Type the text.
