The label or tube is not printed.

Check the following:
 

  • Check that text has been entered and that the tape cassette, or tube and ribbon cassette are installed correctly with sufficient tape, or tube and ribbon remaining.

    For inserting a tape cassette, see "How to insert a tape cassette".
    For inserting a tube, see "How to insert a tube" (E800T/E800TK/E850TKW only).
    For inserting a ribbon cassette, see "How to insert a ribbon cassette" (E800T/E800TK/E850TKW only).

  • If the tape or tube is bent, cut off the bent section and thread the tape or tube through the exit slot.

  • When printing from a computer or mobile device, make sure the computer or mobile device is connected correctly to the printer.
