Error message
The imported DXF was resized automatically to fit within the red dashed line on the art board. (N11003)

Cause
The imported DXF file was larger than the cut/draw range.

Solutions
Check the DXF file.
When pressing OK on the screen, reduce the size automatically and import it in CanvasWorkspace.
