The display remains blank after the power is turned on.
Please check the following:

Is the AC adapter connected correctly?
Check that the AC adapter designed exclusively for your P-touch is connected correctly. -
Are you using the correct AC adapter?
Make sure that you are using the AC adapter designed exclusively for your P-touch. -
Are the batteries fitted correctly?
Remove and re-install the batteries. -
Is the rechargeable battery pack charged sufficiently?
The rechargeable battery pack's charge may be low. Charge the rechargeable battery pack.
