I cannot print and get an error message "No cassette is installed" or "NO MEDIA".

If you cannot print and an error message is displayed on the computer, check the following.

 

When the cassette button's LED is off or all three LEDs on the Swipe-To-Cut panel are lit:

If the roll cassette is installed and the cassette button's LED is off or all three LEDs on the Swipe-To-Cut panel are lit, the printer may not detect the roll cassette correctly.

Remove the roll cassette, reload it correctly, and then confirm that the cassette button's LED blinks first and then remains lit.

When all three LEDs on the Swipe-To-Cut panel are blinking:

The paper printed earlier may be left or jammed in the print output slot. Remove the jammed paper.
