Turn Fax Storage feature off
To turn Fax Storage off, follow these steps:
- Press Menu/Set.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Fax. Press Menu/Set.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Remote Fax Opt. Press Menu/Set.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Fwd/Page/Store or Forward/Store. Press Menu/Set.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Off
- Press Menu/Set.
- Press Stop/Exit.
If there are faxes in memory when you turn Fax Storage off, your Brother machine's LCD will ask you the following question:
Erase All Fax (Doc)? 1. Yes 2. No
Do one of the following:
- Press 1 to erase all stored fax data and turn Fax Storage off.
- Press 2 to keep the faxes stored in memory and leave Fax Storage on.
