Outline of viewing the LCD Screen

 

When the power is turned on, the LCD comes on, and the following screen is displayed.

The screen is changed using the keys below the LCD.

(1) img02 Presser foot

Shows presser foot to be used. Before sewing, install the presser foot indicated here.

img03 Zigzag foot "J" img04 Blind stitch foot "R"
img05 Monogramming foot "N" img06 Button fitting foot "M"
img07 Overcasting foot "G" img08 Side cutter "S"
img09 Buttonhole foot "A"  

* The symbols for certain presser feet, such as zipper foot "I" and the quilting foot, may not appear in the screen.
(2) – Stitch preview Shows a preview of the selected stitch.
(3) img10 Stitch category

Shows the category of the currently selected stitch pattern.

img12 :  Utility stitch
img13 :  Decorative stitch (category 1)
img14 :  Decorative stitch (category 2)
img15 :  Decorative stitch (category 3)
img16 :  Character stitch (Gothic font)
img17 :  Character stitch (Handwriting font)
img18 :  Character stitch (Outline)
img19 :  Character stitch (Cyrillic font)
img20 :  Character stitch (Japanese font)

 
(4) – Stitch number

Shows the number of the currently selected stitch pattern.
(5) img21 Needle position setting

Shows single or twin needle mode setting, and the needle stop position.

img23 :  Single needle/up position
img24 :  Twin needle/down position
img25 :  Twin needle/up position
(6) img26 Single/repeat sewing

Shows single or continuous patterns sewing mode setting.

img27 :  Single sewing mode
img28 :  Repeat sewing mode
(7) img29 Horizontal mirror image Appears when the stitch is mirrored.
(8) img30 Stitch width Shows the stitch width of the currently selected stitch pattern.
(9) img31 Stitch length Shows the stitch length of the currently selected stitch pattern.
