The “Transfer FCM File via the Internet...” function cannot be used.

This function is not available with your machine.

For details on transferring patterns created in CanvasWorkspace to the machine, refer to Instructions for sending patterns created in CanvasWorkspace to the cutting machine for cutting or drawing.
