E03002 appears on the computer screen.

Error message

Your machine cannot be found. (E03002)
Please check the following:
This function is only available for ScanNCut DX machine.
Make sure that your machine is connected to your computer by USB cable.
Make sure your machine is turned on.

 

 

If you have checked all the above, but the same error occurs, uninstall CanvasWorkspace and reinstall it.
