How can I reset the printer?
You can reset the printer settings using the printer buttons or the Printer Setting Tool.
Resetting all settings (QL-1100)
- Turn off the printer.

Press and hold the Power ( ) and Cutter ( ) Buttons for about one second.
The Status LED lights in orange and the Editor Lite LED flashes in green. - Continue holding down the Power ( ) Button, and press the Cutter ( ) Button six times to reset all settings (including device settings) to the factory settings.

Release the Power ( ) Button.
The Status LED flashes in orange and the Editor Lite LED flashes in green four times. Then, the Status LED lights in orange and the Editor Lite LED lights in green.
Resetting all settings (QL-1110NWB)
- Turn off the printer.

Press and hold the Power ( ) and Cutter ( ) Buttons for about one second.
The Status LED lights in orange and the Wi-Fi® LED flashes in green. -
Continue holding down the Power ( ) Button.
Press the Cutter ( ) Button six times to reset all the settings (including device settings) to the factory settings.
The Status LED lights in orange, the Wi-Fi LED lights in green and the Bluetooth® LED lights in blue. -
Release the Power ( ) Button.
The Status LED flashes in orange, the Wi-Fi LED flashes in green, and the Bluetooth LED flashes in blue four times.
Then, the Status LED lights in orange, the Wi-Fi LED lights in green, and the Bluetooth LED lights in blue.
Resetting data
You can reset the the following settings using the Printer Setting Tool:
- Delete the templates and databases
- Reset communication settings (QL-1110NWB)
- Reset printer settings to factory settings
