How do I initialize and clear the printer to factory default settings?
To reset the printer, perform the following procedure:

Press and hold the
(Power) button to turn the printer off. -
Press and hold the
(Feed) / OK button and the (Power) button for about five seconds. -
While pressing the (Power) button, press the (Feed) / OK button six times.

Release the (Power) button.
All the transferred data from the computer will be deleted and the printer settings will be reset to the factory settings.
