The App shows the message "Machine Connection Error".

This message is displayed when the wireless connection between the app and the embroidery machine is disconnected.

Check the following points or solutions

 

1. Embroidery machine

  • Be sure that the embroidery machine is turned on. If the machine is set to Shutoff Support Mode, the wireless connection will be shut off when the machine enters low power mode.
    When using the app, the Eco Mode or the Shutoff Support Mode, should be off.

  • Be sure that the embroidery machine connects to the same home network as the smart device that the app is installed.
    If the embroidery machine and the smart device are connected to different home network, connect both of them to the same network.

2. Smart device

  • Make sure that the smart device's Wifi setting is enabled.
     
  • Be sure that the app connects to the same home network as the smart device that the embroidery machine is installed.
    If the embroidery machine and the smart device are connected to different home network, connect both of them to the same network.

3. Home network (Wireless LAN access point)

  • Make sure that the wireless access point/ router is powered on.
     
  • If your wireless access point/router is using MAC address filtering, confirm the MAC address of this machine is allowed in the filter. For details, refer to the manual for your wireless LAN access point/router.
