The 12" × 24" (305 mm × 610 mm) mat cannot be used with scanning function.
Possible Causes (or Results)
You might be using a "12" × 24" (305 mm × 610 mm)" mat with the "Scanning Functions".
Solutions
In Scanning Function like "Direct Cut" mode, "Scan to Cut Data" mode and "Scan to USB" mode, the optional 12" × 24" (305 mm × 610 mm) mat cannot be used.
Use the optional 12" × 12" (305 mm × 305 mm) mat in Scanning Function.
In "Direct Cut" mode, the optional Scanning Mat cannot be used.
