When I try to scan to OCR, the error message "This feature is not available because there is no OCR software installed, or your machine does not support it." appears.

The following error message appears, because your brother machine does NOT support "Scan to OCR".

The "Scan to OCR" menu exists on the ControlCenter and machine, but you can not use it, even if you install the OCR software.
