Can I print a report that will show all of my Speed Dial and Group numbers?
You can print a list of all the Speed Dial numbers that are currently stored on your Brother machine. The Quick-Dial report lists the names and numbers stored in the Speed-dial memory, in alphabetical or numerical order.
To print the Quick-Dial list follow the steps listed below:
- Press Menu.
- Press the up or down arrow key to select Print Reports.
- Press OK.
- Press the up or down arrow key to select Quick-Dial.
- Press OK.

- If the LCD prompts you to select one of the options: Alphabetical Order or Numerical Order, go to STEP 7.
- If not, the report lists the names and numbers stored in the Speed-dial memory, in numerical order. Go to STEP 8.
- Press the up or down arrow key to select Alphabetical Order or Numerical Order. Press OK.
- Press Black Start or Mono Start.
