I cannot register the Add-In in 64 bit editions of Microsoft Office 2010/ 2013/ 2016. (P-touch Editor 5.x for Windows)
The Add-In function does not support 64 bit editions of Microsoft Office 2010/ 2013/ 2016 (Word, Excel, and Outlook). In the Add-In setting window, the checkboxes for the Microsoft application are grayed out and cannot be checked.
Please use 32 bit editions of Microsoft Office 2010/ 2013/ 2016.
By default, Microsoft Office 2010/ 2013/ 2016 installs the 32 bit version of Office 2010/ 2013/ 2016 even if your computer is running a 64 bit edition of Windows.
