To print without displaying the print monitor screen, follow the steps below:

1. Open the printer properties dialog box. 
   (To learn how to open the printer properties, see "How to open the Devices and Printers window".)
    
2. Open the [Device Settings] tab.
    
3. Click [Monitor Size].  The list box appears on the right side.
    
4. Select [Icon] from the list and click [OK] to close the properties dialog box.
