The back cover is securely closed, however the message "Back Cover Open" is displayed on the LCD. How do I clear this message?
If the Brother machine was turned off and then turned on again with a paper jam in the back of the machine, the message "Back Cover Open" will appear on the LCD.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the solution, "Paper Jam Rear" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?
