I cannot install the printer driver and P-touch Editor 5.x. P-touch Editor Lite is open.
Check if the P-touch Editor Lite lamp is off.
If the P-touch Editor Lite lamp is lit, you cannot install both the printer driver and P-touch Editor.
Do the following:
- Press and hold down the Editor Lite button until the Editor Lite lamp turns off before connecting the USB cable.
- Install the printer driver and P-touch Editor.
- After the installation is finished, connect the printer to your computer.
