The HQ-1200 option enables the printer to print in 1200dpi quality mode. Because of this, there can be a decrease in printer performance as the PC and printer have to process additional print data to accommodate the higher printer resolution. Unless you specifically require the best possible print quality, we recommend that you select 600 dpi quality mode as this mode is representative of everyday printer usage.
