Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

 

  1. Click Print and choose Print....
    Print...
     
  2. Click Options....
    Options...
     
  3. Click Printer Properties....
    PrinterProperties...
     
  4. Choose appropriate Media Type and Print Quality, then click OK.
    OK
     
  5. Click Print.
    Print
