Windows 7 Support Information
The drivers and utilities on the CD-ROM for Windows Vista or earlier bundled with your Brother machine are NOT compatible with Windows 7. Please review the information below about drivers and utilities for Windows 7.
Note:
*1: For HL-1030 and HL-1230 Users, use the "Brother HL-1430" driver as an alternative.
*2: Available only for Brother machines with scanner function.
Printer Driver *1 | The Windows Update system provided by Microsoft® provides the appropriate drivers, called built-in drivers, for your Brother machine. - The built-in drivers support the basic functions.
