How can I clear the "CHECK CARTRIDGE" error message?
- The ink cartridge may not be installed correctly. Reinstall the ink cartridge.
To refer to the instructions, please click here.
- Make sure that you have removed the sealing tape from the side of the ink cartridge.
- Power off the FAX/MFC for several minutes, then power it back on again.
