I cannot receive a colour fax.
Review the following information listed below to resolve the issue.
- Make sure the person sending the fax has a fax machine capable of sending colour faxes.
- Replace the colour ink cartridges that are empty or nearly empty, and then ask the other person to send the colour fax again.
- When you change the Compatibility setting to Basic(for VoIP), your Brother machine's colour fax receiving feature is turned off.
