The power button does not light up.

  • Is the power cord plugged correctly?

    Check that the power cord is plugged in. If plugged in correctly, try plugging it to another electrical outlet.

 

If the power button still does not light up, please click "Contact Us" in the top right corner of this page to contact Brother Customer Service.
