How do I change the password on my Network Card?

The password is set during manufacture, however, if you wish to change it you can use the BRAdmin application or a standard web browser to change the default password settings.

 


CHANGING THE PASSWORD USING BRADMIN

  1. From the main BRAdmin double click the appropriate printer.
  2. Enter the print server password (the print server password is detailed in the user guide for the print server).
  3. Click the 'Control' tab.
  4. Click the 'Change Password' button.
  5. Enter the new password details and click 'OK'.
  6. Click 'OK' from the main Network configuration page to accept the settings.
  7. The password on the Network Card has now changed.

 

VIA A WEB BROWSER

  1. Connect to the printer using a web browser.
  2. Click the "Properties" page.
  3. Select "Environment Settings" under the directory of "Web Based Management".
  4. Enter "Administrator Password".
  5. Click the "Apply New Settings" button.
