Size mismatch
The paper in the tray is not the correct size. Load paper of the correct size in the tray and set the "Paper Size".
You can set the "Paper Size" by the following steps:

Press Menu and choose General Setup => Paper => Paper Size.
- If your Brother machine has a touchscreen, press Menu and choose General Setup => Tray Setting.
