Can I reduce the size of a received fax on this machine?
Yes, your machine can automatically reduce the size of an incoming fax to fit the size of the paper in your machine. To set AUTO REDUCTION mode ON, follow the instructions listed below:

If the FAX mode key is not illuminated in green, press it.

Press the Menu/Set key on the control panel.

Press the up or down arrow key until Fax appears on the LCD and press Menu/Set.

Press the up or down arrow key until Setup Receive appears and press Menu/Set.

Press the up or down arrow key until Auto Reduction appears and press Menu/Set.

Press the up or down arrow key until ON (or OFF) appears and press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.
