I cannot install or reinstall the scanner driver using the DVD that came with my Brother scanner.

If you are having trouble installing from the DVD, the DVD may not support your operating system. Please go to the Downloads section on the Brother Solutions Center to install the latest drivers. The installation instructions are available in the Downloads section.
