Save Scanned Documents Using Scan to Workflow Function

It is necessary to set up the Scan to Workflow settings using Brother iPrint&Scan (for Windows® and Mac) in advance.
  1. Load your document.
  2. Press or to display [to Workflow], and press it.
  3. Select the destination where you want to save your scanned documents. If multiple computers are connected to the machine, press or to display the destination computer you want to save to, and press it.
  4. Select the workflow.
  5. Press [Start].
    • To save the settings as a shortcut, press [Save as Shortcut].
    The machine starts scanning.
