The LED is flashing in red and the printer status from the BPM (Brother Printer Management Tool) shows "Out of Paper".

If the LED is flashing in red or an error message is displayed on the computer, check the following:

 

Is there enough roll remaining?
If not, replace the roll with a new one. For details, see the FAQ: "How to load the Media".

 

Is the roll installed correctly?

If not, install the roll correctly. For details, see the FAQ: "How to load the Media".

 

Is the Gap/Black Mark Sensor calibrated?

For details on how to calibrate, see the step of using the BPM in the FAQ: "How to load the Media".
