How do I reset network setting?
Method 1: Using the settings in the Home screen
- Select [Settings] in the Home screen using the , , or key, and then press the OK or Enter key.
- Select [Reset] using the or key, and then press the OK or Enter key.

Select [Reset Wi-Fi Settings] using the or key, and then press the OK or Enter key.
All Wi-Fi® settings are reset to factory settings.
Method 2: Using the Printer Setting Tool
For Windows:
Select [Reset to Default Communication Settings] from the Menu bar in Communication Settings.

For Mac (D800W, E800W only):
This operation resets all settings to factory settings.
Press [Factory Reset] on the Printer Setting Tool.

Method 3: Using the buttons on the printer
This operation resets all the customised settings (the settings that you can make using the keyboard LCD unit) and clears the data except all of the transferred data from the computer, registered programs, and the contents in the file memory.
- Turn the printer off.
- Press and hold the (Power) button and the (Feed and Cut) button for about three seconds until the (Power) indicator lights in orange and the (Label) indicator blinks in green.
- While holding the (Power) button, press the (Feed and Cut) button two times.
