The App shows the message "The embroidery frame cannot be detected. Please try again to photo an image."
This message is displayed when the Embroidery frame can not be detected.
Check the following points or solutions

Take a photo with sufficient distance from the camera (smart device) to the subject (embroidery frame) so that the entire frame fits on the screen.

Take a picture so that the black spots on the frame are clearly visible.
- Take a picture so that the frame does not blur.
