Print the WLAN report
You can check your machine's wireless status by printing the WLAN report. To print the WLAN report.
- Press Settings or Menu.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to select Print Reports.
- Press OK.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to select WLAN Report.
- Press OK.
- Press Black (Mono) Start, Color (Colour) Start or Start.
The WLAN report will be printed shortly.
If your Brother machine has a touchscreen
- Press Menu on the touchscreen.
- Press the Up or Down arrow to display Print Reports.
- Press Print Reports.
- Press the Up or Down arrow to display WLAN Report.
- Press WLAN Report.
- Press Black (Mono) Start, Color (Colour) Start or Start.
If the wireless connection failed
- Check the error code on the printed WLAN report. For more information, see I get a TS error when trying to print on a wireless network.
- If your WLAN report is stating "Connection OK" but you cannot print or scan, see Check the wireless status on the WLAN report.
