The colour of printouts are not what I expected.

Initiate a test print from the control panel.

Check that the toner cartridges are installed correctly.

Check that the toner cartridges are not empty. If it's empty, replace the toner cartridge. To see how to replace the toner cartridge, click here.

Adjust the colour by using the custom setting in the driver. Colours the printer can display and colours you see on a monitor are different. The printer may not be able to reproduce the colours on your monitor.
- Check to ensure the specified paper was used.
