What kind of USB cable should I use?

Not all USB cables are the same and in some instances some cables may fail to work when connected to your printer.

 

Generally speaking, we recommend using the cables that support the following specifications:

  1. 12MB(Full Speed)
  2. twisted pair cable
  3. shielded
  4. shorter than 6 feet long ( 2 meters)
