"PRINTING" is frozen on the display of my Brother machine.
If "PRINTING" is frozen on the display of your Brother machine, follow the instructions listed below:

Unplug the Brother unit from the power outlet.

Press and hold the Stop/Exit key. As you hold this key, plug the power cord back into the power outlet.

Continue to hold the Stop/Exit key for 5 seconds. The display should return to the date and time.

If the display does not return to the date and time, repeat steps 1 through 3.
If the LCD continues to display "PRINTING", do one the following:
- If your machine is still in warranty, contact Brother Customer Service.
- If your machine is out of warranty, click the link to find your nearest Brother Service Dealer http://www.brother.co.uk/g3.cfm/s_page/50700
