How do I print the received faxes that are stored in memory?
To print the faxes you have received, please follow these steps:

Press the Menu/Set key.

Press the up or down arrow key until Fax appears and press Menu/Set.

Press the up or down arrow key until Remote Fax Opt appears and press Menu/Set.

Press the up or down arrow key until Print Fax appears and press Menu/Set.

Press the Black Start or Colour Start key.

After the Brother machine has finished printing, press Stop/Exit.
If you set Fax Storage to ON, your Brother machine automatically prints faxes as they are received into memory. This is a safety feature to prevent you from losing your messages in the event of a power failure.
